LuxTrust S.A. recruits an "Sales Representative"

LuxTrust is going on expanding its reach. We are looking for an experienced.
Sales Representative
The ideal candidate has sales experience with a strong reputation for over achieving quota while focusing on the customer and embracing all aspects of selling. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a plan and consistently deliver on semiannual revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed semiannual revenue targets.
- Develop/execute against a comprehensive plan that leads to creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around LuxTrust services and solutions.
- Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of LuxTrust services.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to influence.
- More than 5 years of technology related sales or business development experience.
- Bachelor or master degree required.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
- Direct field experience in selling to enterprise accounts acting as lead seller and relationship owner.
- Extensive customer network.
- Excellent active listening skills and judgment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to dive deep and never out of touch with the details of the business.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge of German and Luxemburgish is an asset.
