My Token is faulty (out of service, flat battery, unreadable screen, etc.)

Please contact our Client Service Desk on (+352) 24 550 550 or contact your bank agency.

• Send your faulty/defective Token by post
• or deposit it at LuxTrust in Capellen
• or return it to your bank agency.

A  new Token is provided free of charge. The same User ID and Password is kept.
