How to order the LuxTrust Mobile App?

If your bank allows access to its mobile banking app using the LuxTrust Mobile app, your bank will prompt you to download the app. 

  • If you do not have a LuxTrust device linked to a LuxTrust certificate, you can order a certificate through your bank. If this applies to you, you should place your order directly with your bank.
  • If you already have a LuxTrust device (Token, Scan or Mobile), you can connect the LuxTrust Mobile app to your LuxTrust certificate. Just download the app from Google Play or the App Store and follow the instructions.

If you are unsure about anything, ask your bank manager if the online banking app is compatible with the LuxTrust Mobile app.
