I forgot my PIN. How can I define a new one?

You have received a letter by post with your PIN, PUK and Challenge. Open the Gemalto program on your computer (or download the instructions from unblockpin.luxtrust.lu) and define a new PIN by following the instructions "Unblock PIN".
