How many trials do I have before blocking my account?

After five incorrect trials of entering your PIN code, your certificate will be blocked. After five trials for the PIN code and five trials for the PUK, your LuxTrust account will be blocked.

How many trials do I have?
- Insert your Smartcard in the card reader or your Signing Stick in the USB port of your computer
- Open your Middleware
- Go to "Card Properties"
- Chose the corresponding card reader 
- Click Next

The information you are looking for will be displayed on the bottom of the window:
"User PIN will be blocked 5 (or 4, 3, 2, 1)" which means that you still have 5 trials (or 4, 3, 2, 1) left before blocking your PIN.
