What do I have to do to replace my "old" or defective Token?
Replace your Classic Token for free, if it is defective or "old" to continue using LuxTrust services without interruption:
1. Log on to http://myluxtrust.luxtrust.lu
2. At first, request your new Token.
3. Check your shipping address to receive the new Token. You can change your address or choose a different address by clicking on the check box "Use a different address for delivery".
4. Confirm the shipping address with the entry of your:
- User ID
- Password
- OTP
5. Wait for the Token that will be sent to you within 2 days by post to the specified address.
6. Connect to http://myluxtrust.luxtrust.lu with your current Token and replace your current token.
7. Enter on the screen the serial number on the back of your new Token and the OTP code displayed on your Token.
From now on, your new Token is associated to your existing LuxTrust certificate. You can leave LuxTrust and connect with the new Token to the application of your choice that accepts this type of Token.
