My Token is faulty (out of service, flat battery, unreadable screen, etc.). What can I do?
If you have another LuxTrust device, you can connect to http://myluxtrust.luxtrust.lu with this device and request a new Token in order to replace your faulty Token.
If you do not have another LuxTrust device, please contact our Client Service Desk on (+352) 24 550 550 / questions@luxtrust.lu or contact your bank agency.
A new Token will be provided free of charge. You will keep the same User ID and Password.
