My Smartcard/Signing Stick is not known in the LuxTrust Middleware. What can I do?

When your Smartcard/Signing Stick is not recognized under Mac OS X/Linux by the LuxTrust Middleware, then you have to:

  1. First connect your Smartcard/Signing Stick to your computer
  2. Stop the LuxTrust Middleware
  3. And start the LuxTrust Middleware again
