• a smartphone with microphone and good camera functionalities that runs on iOS 10 (or newer) or Android 6 (or newer)
• the same mobile phone number you provided during ordering
• the same valid ID Document you used during ordering
• good Internet connection (3G / 4G connectivity) throughout the entire process
• good mobile phone signal throughout the entire process
