How should I prepare for the VideoID session?

Linux- Make sure you are alone in a quiet place with enough background light.
- Check that you have a good Internet connection.
- Prepare beforehand the same valid ID document used to fill out the order form.
- Remove any kind of headdress.
- If applicable, remove your glasses when the operator needs to take a picture of you.
