Do I need to pay the renewal (Rekey) of my LuxTrust subscription?

When the validité of your certificate comes to an end, we recommend you to do a renewal (REKEY) of your abonnement.

This means that you will get a new certificate but the SSN (Subject Serial Number), User ID and password/PIN Code will be the same.
As the renewal of a subscription (rekey) requires the creation a new certificate, you have to pay for it.

Advantage of the subscription renewal:
Once activated on the Website www.luxtrust.lu, your new device is directly activated and operational in all applications that you used recently with your recent device.
